Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the product page where available.

We aim to deliver orders within the agreed delivery period. If no delivery period has been agreed, applicable Dutch rules generally require delivery within 30 days. The seller remains responsible for the goods until the customer receives them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Delivery Delays

If an order cannot be delivered within the agreed period, applicable consumer rights may apply.

Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and applicable law.
