At PackGo Voyage, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from the Netherlands or another applicable EU country, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The 14-day period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following product: [PRODUCT NAME], ordered on [DATE] and received on [DATE].

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.

Return Costs

Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, provided that this was clearly communicated before purchase.

Refunds

After a valid cancellation, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost paid for the order.

We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned product or receive proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever happens first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, does not work properly, or does not match its description, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL].

Consumers have statutory legal guarantee rights. In the Netherlands, the product must meet the reasonable expectations a customer may have of it. There is no single fixed statutory guarantee period for all products; the expected lifespan depends on the product and its characteristics. EU consumer law provides at least a 2-year legal guarantee framework for goods.
